Stock Collators

Col-Tec's stock collators are available across a range of station counts, sheet formats and substrate types. Each machine is prepared to your specification before it leaves our Hampshire factory, rebuilt and cleaned to your needs or left in its existing state, if required. For applications outside standard stock specifications, our custom collator range handles non-standard substrates, unusual sheet sizes and specialist materials

Sourcing a reliable used collator is not simply a matter of finding available stock. The substrate weight, sheet size, station count and output volume your operation demands determine whether a machine will perform consistently or cause downtime. Every refurbished collator we supply is adjusted to meet the specifications for your application.

Pre-owned collators offer a direct route to production-ready equipment at up to a third of the equivalent new machine price. Under the Annual Investment Allowance, purchases of qualifying fixed assets may attract 100% tax relief in the year of purchase, reducing the net capital cost further.
