Throughout our long history of manufacturing collating machinery, we have kept abreast of modern technology in the manufacture of equipment with the aim of keeping service and maintenance to a minimum.

The majority of bearings on each machine are sealed for life requiring no maintenance and there is only a minimum of monthly lubrication to be carried out.  The operator is further assisted in this task by the provision of automatic oil reservoirs meaning these can be re-filled without the hassle of removing machine guards.

For overseas customers, our established network of agents sell and service Col-Tec equipment.  However experience has shown that even in the most remote parts of the world, the deliberate emphasis on a primarily electro-mechanical design, greatly assists local engineers in fixing any problems that might occur.  If spare parts are required they are dispatched using UPS or DHL parcel delivery services which in most cases means next day delivery.
