Delivery and Stacking Conveyors from Col-Tec

To facilitate the efficient operation of collators for sheet or folded section collation, Col-Tec offer a variety of stacking solutions. The most popular and successful of these include multi-position delivery conveyors for straight or offset stacking and deep pile delivery stackers. Multi-position delivery conveyors for continuous production
Each multi-position pile depth can be set between 70 and 90mm
4, 5 or 6 stacking positions are available
Offset or straight stacking is possible
Optional static pinning for maintaining accurate positioning

The delivery conveyor can be unloaded “on the run” without stopping the collator
The delivery conveyor can be left unattended for all stacking positions to fill before stopping the collator
Deep pile delivery stackers for flat sheet collation take a pile depth between 500 and 600mm
