After you get in touch and tell us what you are looking for, we will provide a detailed order summary to confirm your specifications and expectations.
Watch your machine come to life! We will give you access to live video feeds of the manufacturing process, so you can see first-hand whether our lead time estimate is on track.
Once we have finished manufacturing your collator, you can either inspect it in person or send us material samples to test. We will run these samples through the machine and provide a video link for your approval.
Approximately a week before installation, our lead engineer will get in touch with you to discuss logistics. We will coordinate forklift arrangements, verify electrical requirements, and provide recommendations for local accommodations as needed.
Our installations typically involve at least two Col-Tec engineers and last 4-5 days. This extended time frame allows us to install your machine to a high standard, make sure it is performing exactly as it should, and provide all personnel with comprehensive training on its use.
Post-installation, we can set you up with a cost-effective maintenance contract and regular reminders for annual servicing.
