The American market provides many challenging collating applications
and it is important for these Customers that we work with an
experienced and efficient partner. FP Rosback
from America promote and distribute the full range of Col-Tec
products. They have been to our factory on many occasions
for both sales and marketing training, installation and service
training. Col-Tec engineers will often be involved in the
initial installation however, in a number of cases, agents
including Rosback have been working with us for many years
and in this regard, some of them have almost as much experience
as the manufacturer.
Rosback are based in Michigan and are themselves manufacturers of print finishing equipment, such as perfect binding and perforating machines. This provides them with an extra set of skills and appreciation for promoting and supporting another manufacturer's product.
