In 2003 Victor Sivoded from the company Art Press in Zaporozhye, Ukraine,
asked Col-Tec to supply an 8 station B2 (50cm x 70cm) collator with in-line folding.
Victor recalls his brief to us "I need a collator that is both
robust and easy to fix in the event of a problem". 12 months following the installation, Victor wrote to Col-Tec commenting that he had not needed to
order a single part since taking delivery and that the speed of the equipment exceeded his expectations. The collator at Art Press is used to collate a weekly newspaper, which is also folded by the Col-Tec in-line folding unit and
delivered onto a shingled output conveyor. This production run is usually around 40,000 weekly copies.Quote from Mr Victor Sivoded: |
Col-Tec are constantly seeking to improve the design and production
of it's equipment
